Managing a team of customer support executives and keep them motivated.

Maintain good customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction.

Acting as a single point of contact for customers to resolve any order related issues by coordinating with internal sales and operations teams.

Take inbound customer leads and help them with our offerings .

Build good rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Helping customers in their end to end order journey with us.

Be the voice of the customers by having an in-depth understanding of their likes and dislikes and helping the company bring desired changes.
