role overview:

we are looking for a chat sales intern who has a good typing speed and a strong sales motivation. this role involves engaging with potential customers via chat, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. if you have a passion for communication, persuasion, and customer interaction, this is a great opportunity for you!

key responsibilities:

• engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations

• handle inbound and outbound chat inquiries to drive sales conversions

• maintain a fast response time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions

• build relationships with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases

• work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets

• track customer interactions and update sales reports regularly

• collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience

• stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer behavior trends

skills and qualifications:

• good typing speed with accuracy in communication

• strong sales motivation and a goal-driven mindset

• excellent written communication skills for chat-based interactions

• ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• basic knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion strategies

• strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections

• ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively

• a positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude

• prior experience in chat support or sales (even as a freelancer or academic project) is a plus
