• engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
• handle inbound and outbound chat inquiries to drive sales conversions
• maintain a fast response time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions
• build relationships with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases
• work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• track customer interactions and update sales reports regularly
• collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience
