Customer Care Representative

1. Providing anti-virus/IT tech support via - chat, phone, email, on remote desktop and on-site (when appropriate).

2. Identifying and troubleshooting software and system issues/errors.

3. Responding to and resolving customer technical queries/complaints promptly within specified timelines.

4. Open and detail support cases in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for new support issues reported on chat, live calls and emails from customers.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries/issues are resolved and ask for positive feedback/reviews on online stores.

6. Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.

7. Inform customers about new products.
