1. Effective inbound and outbound call handling to build a relationship with customer and service provider.
2. Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered through email and telephone.
3. Provide quick resolution to all types of customer related issues.
4. Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments between customers and service providers till the job gets completed.
6. Regularly follow up with the customers/ service providers/ sales team for closure of upcoming and ongoing jobs.
7. Maintain records of customer & service provider interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
