Job Description

Role: Customer Care Executive / Senior Customer care Executive

Job Purpose:

To Answer queries/resolve problems of customers through Inbound/Outboud.

Attend Inbound & Outbound calls, sometime respond through email and chat to customers.

Provide correct and quality information to customers on every call, promote good listening and English grammar skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

speak, read & Write English & Hindi mandatory

Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.

Awareness on Credit cards.

Detailed knowledge of intricacies of Banks products and how they compare against competitors.

Good typing skills (Quality & Speed)

Ability to handle telephonic conversations

Good Listening & Comprehension skills

Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift

Work experience: Freshers & experienced (Min. 6 months) in Call Center or direct selling/telemarketing in service.

Salary: CCE ( Fresher) 16000/- CTC- PM

& SR CCE ( Min. 6 months of Exp.) 16500/-CTC-PM

Language Allowance- RS.1000/- for Telugu,Tamil,Malyalam,Gujarati,Marati,Bengali

Educational qualification: SR CCE-Graduation Mandatory.

CCE- PUC/Graduation .

Age: 18 years onwards
