You will also assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key responsibilities include providing timely and accurate information to customers, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. You will also be expected to follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a customer-oriented approach. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well in a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
