inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers

who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.

€¢ Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.

€¢ Using basic sales techniques, understand customer€™s needs to receive all required information

and sell our services.

€¢ Capture customer€™s details and create orders in CRM.
