JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CCE) (Females Only) (Age upto 30 years)Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and rate business and leads for new loans from new customers Handle branch walk-ins for business rate referrals through existing customer base and walk-ings with HNI, corporate and institutional clients to promote gold loan le customer requests and complaints and take it to rstand the need of the customer and cross sell other products rate business and leads for other products like insurance, NCDs, gold coin r meetings, leads, conversions(self-sourced and referred leads) in CRM daily
