we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer care executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
key responsibilities:
-customer interaction:handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate information.
issue resolution: address customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution.
product knowledge: maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
ivr system management:utilize and navigate the ivr system to manage customer calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
record keeping: document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, in the customer relationship management (crm) system.
follow-up: conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
team collaboration: work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
performance metrics: meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
qualifications:
- previous experience in a customer service or customer care role is preferred.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- familiarity with crm software and ivr systems is a plus.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
