Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via Call in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and trends.
Meet performance targets such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Fluency in English/Hindi language (read, write, and speak)
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong Communication skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a Voice process.
