we are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable customer support executives to join our blended process (voice & non-voice). this role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable with customer interactions and working in odd-hour shifts. the position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to deliver a seamless customer experience.
job responsibilities
handle inbound and outbound calls, along with non-voice queries (emails/chats).
provide accurate and timely information to customers and resolve queries effectively.
maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
record and update customer details in internal systems with accuracy.
adhere to company policies, quality standards, and shift schedules.
eligibility criteria
education: graduate/undergraduate (any discipline).
experience: freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
skills: strong communication skills and willingness to work in a blended (voice + non-voice) process.
shifts: comfortable working in rotational evening/night shifts (post 10 pm to before 6 am).
transport: one-way cab facility available within transport boundary (residence to tp office, salt lake).
availability: immediate joiners preferred.
