Job Description

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner: As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing them with accurate information and assistance.

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions: You will need to listen to customer concerns, address their issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products or services.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales purposes: Utilizing your convincing power and communication skills, you will be required to make cold calls to promote our products and services and generate sales leads.

- Update customer information in the database during and after each call: It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions to ensure efficient customer service and follow-up.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals: As part of the Customer Care team, you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues and work together towards meeting customer care targets and objectives.

Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English in order to effectively interact with customers.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.

- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers.

- Basic computer knowledge to navigate through databases and CRM systems.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and expectations.
