we are seeking customer care executives to join our dynamic team for both voice and sales processes. as a customer care executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. fluency in english is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: hindi, marathi, tamil, telugu, malayalam, or kannada.
**qualifications:**
- minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- age between 18 to 30 years.
- strong verbal and written communication skills in english and one regional language.
- ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
**responsibilities:**
- manage and resolve customer complaints.
