Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an inbound customer support and upselling process. Candidates will handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, provide relevant information, and recommend additional products or services where appropriate.

Daily Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

- Explain relevant products and services to customers.

- Identify upselling opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

- Follow quality standards and performance guidelines.

Salary Structure

Freshers: ₹17,500 CTC

- ₹14,000 Basic

- ₹2,000 Retention Bonus

- ₹1,500 Travel Allowance

Experienced: ₹18,500 CTC

- ₹15,000 Basic

- ₹2,000 Retention Bonus

- ₹1,500 Travel Allowance
