Resolving client complaints quickly and efficiently by coordinating with the operations team

Keeping clients updated on the latest services in order to increase sales.

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

Understanding key client individual needs and addressing them with the help of blackened team.

Work Timings- 7PM TO 4AM (Night Shift)
