**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Training and Support:** Provide training to staff on compliance procedures and policies, helping to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

- **Investigate Issues:** Address and investigate compliance-related issues or incidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's compliance strategies remain current and effective.
