job responsibilities:
1. roc compliances all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes.
2. maintenance of statutory registers under the companies act, 2013 and online roc filings as required time to time for all group companies.
3. developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
4. revising procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
5. review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
6. plan and share the monthly report to the reporting manager.
7. review the daily, hourly, weekly and monthly reports.
desired candidate profile:
minimum 2+ years proven post-qualification experience with compliance handling exposure.
strong exposure in compliance and statutory with good communication skills.
