Collection Executive - Mulund West Mumbai

We are looking for a competent Collection executive to contact customers and collect outstanding payments. Our Collection executive should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness who should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently. Requirements and skills • Proven experience as a Collection executive or similar role • Knowledge of procedures and collection techniques (. skip tracing), Find/ search addresses of skip customers and contact them to ask about their overdue payments • Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (. FDCPA) • Comfortable working with targets • Patience and ability to manage stress • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status to the team Leader
