CRM- Client Relation Manager

We are in search of a driven and astute Real Estate & Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a robust commitment to generate and convert leads into sales, helping our clients to secure their ideal property for their dream homes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for:

€¢ Conduct market research to identify, engage, and securing potential new business opportunities.

€¢ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

€¢ Set up meetings with potential clients with positive attitude.

€¢ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations for the ongoing projects to the clients.

€¢ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

€¢ Maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat business

€¢ Delivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfaction

€¢ Staying updated on real estate trends and news.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

€¢ To be successful in this role, you will need:

€¢ Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role

€¢ Expert knowledge of the real estate market and best practices

€¢ Exceptional communication, Convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

€¢ Fast learner and passion for sales

€¢ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

€¢ Presentable and Professional approach.

Necessary Experience:

A minimum of 1 years€™ experience in a real estate sales role is essential for anyone considering this position. MBA freshers are also welcome.
