about the role

we are looking for a client relationship manager who will be responsible for bringing new clients to the organization and expanding our business in the staffing industry. the role is highly outbound-focused and requires strong networking, communication, and business development skills.

key responsibilities (main focus: getting clients) client acquisition & lead generation

identify and target potential companies that require staffing services.

generate leads through cold calling, linkedin outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

pitch staffing solutions to hr heads, hiring managers, and company directors.

convert leads into active clients with signed agreements.

business development

understand client hiring needs and propose customized staffing solutions (it/non-it).

create and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.

achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.

market research & strategy

map out industries and companies with high hiring potential.

track competition, market trends, and client demands.

build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

client relationship establishment

maintain rapport with new clients to ensure long-term partnership.

hand over newly acquired clients smoothly to internal delivery teams.

follow up regularly to ensure client activation and satisfaction.

required skills & qualifications

graduate degree (business/hr preferred).

15 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, bd, or staffing.

excellent communication and presentation skills.

strong networking, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

high energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.

comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.

performance indicators (kpis)

number of new clients acquired per month.

conversion rate from leads to agreements.

revenue generated from new accounts.
