- Engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships

- Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team.

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.

- Facilitate interaction and work flow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.

- Working with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies.

- Preparing necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate performance of campaigns

- Analyze trends in customer satisfaction scores to identify areas of improvement.
