Client Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through to event execution.

2. Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations in detail.

3. Present concepts, themes, budgets, and execution plans to clients.

4. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Event Planning & Coordination

1. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for seamless execution.

2. Assist in planning weddings, corporate events, and social functions.

3. Prepare event timelines, checklists, and detailed execution plans.

4. Ensure smooth and clear communication between clients and execution teams.

Vendor & On-ground Coordination

1. Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, entertainment, etc.) to deliver as per plan.

2. Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure all timelines are met.

3. Be present on-site during events to handle client queries and ensure flawless execution.

Budget & Documentation

1. Assist in budgeting, quotations, and cost tracking.

2. Ensure all client approvals and necessary documentation are maintained.

3. Monitor expenses and prevent cost overruns
