We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with key employees among customers
2. Create plans to address clients business needs
3. Advise clients on creating profitable processes
4. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
6. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
7. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
8. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
9. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
10. Collaborate with internal teams (. sales & Marketing, senior management) to address customers needs
Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
2. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
3. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (. customer satisfaction)
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Problem-solving aptitude
7. Ability to work well with a team
