1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Scanner sales segment2. Build and maintain relationships with Hardware resellers, system integrators, and B2Bclients3. Promote and sell a wide range of Scanner ADF Scanners, Over Head Scanner, BookScanner, Cheques Scanner C Printers4. Understand client requirements and provide hardware solutions that match theirtechnical and business needs.5. Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations.6. Scanning of documents on high speed scanning stations and image capture via camera of physical cherished documents (e.g. passports/birth certificates). Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the Network Storage System. Accurately file name and index scanned documents. The physical retrieval of hardcopy files from the onsite storage location. The physical return of hardcopy files to allocated shelf in the onsite storage location. Highlight any issues to the Team Leader (Archives) and Operations Manager (Mail, Archives, Print & Repro) Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures where applicable.
