Civil Engineer

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and plan civil engineering projects: As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for various construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure.

2. Oversee construction activities: You will be required to supervise construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

3. Conduct site visits and inspections: Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.

4. Prepare cost estimates and budgets: Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects, and create budgets to monitor expenses.

5. Collaborate with architects and contractors: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

- Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering: A minimum of a in Civil Engineering is required for this role.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to use Microsoft Office suite for project management, data analysis, and communication.

3. Experience with Autocad: Proficient in using Autocad software for creating detailed engineering drawings and plans.

4. Boq Preparation: Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction projects.

5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and solve complex engineering problems efficiently.
