- Key Responsibilities:1. Design and plan civil engineering projects: As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for various construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure.2. Oversee construction activities: You will be required to supervise construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.3. Conduct site visits and inspections: Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.4. Prepare cost estimates and budgets: Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects, and create budgets to monitor expenses.5. Collaborate with architects and contractors: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering: A minimum of a B.E in Civil Engineering is required for this role.2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to use Microsoft Office suite for project management, data analysis, and communication.3. Experience with Autocad: Proficient in using Autocad software for creating detailed engineering drawings and plans.4. Boq Preparation: Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction projects.5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and solve complex engineering problems efficiently.

The responsibility and role of the Architect could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:i. Understand the project and develop design options. Should also have understanding of the DCR, as applicable. ii. Should be able to formulate the design and present for review & discussion.iii. Prepare and develop required drawings, as necessary to convey the design intent. iv. Co-ordinate with different consultants as required to arrive to an integrated design.v. Prepare the working drawings of the project.

1. Civil Engineer (2 years exp) Degree holder in BE CivilThe responsibility and role of the Civil Engineer shall be as follows.i. Should be able to read the structural drawings and co-ordinate on site development based on the drawings.ii. Prepare the Bill of Quantities based on the finalized Structural drawings.iii. Prepare Tender Document for the project.iv. Co-ordinate with different consultants/contractors/pmc as required for site development based on the drawingsDesirable Software Skills: Ability to use some of the following.a. Auto Cadb. Primaverac.
