Looking For Civil Engineer Freshers (Female)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female Civil Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is open to recent graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge in real-world projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Design and Analysis**: You will assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, using software tools to create detailed plans that ensure safety and efficiency.

2. **Site Inspection**: You will perform site inspections to monitor construction activities, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications and local regulations.

3. **Collaboration**: Working closely with other engineers, architects, and construction teams, you will help coordinate efforts and maintain communication to ensure project milestones are met on time.

4. **Documentation**: You will prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, reports, and project records to track progress and facilitate project evaluation.

5. **Problem Solving**: You will identify potential issues during the design and construction phases and propose effective solutions to overcome challenges.
