We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to provide excellent customer service through online chat. In this role, you will engage with customers to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidates should have strong communication skills, as clear and polite conversation is essential. Basic computer skills are necessary to navigate chat systems effectively. Attention to detail is important for resolving issues accurately and documenting conversations. We seek individuals who are proactive in helping customers and adaptable to varying tasks. A friendly and patient attitude is crucial, as you will often assist customers who need support. A 12th-grade education is required, and while 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
