key responsibilities:
develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
generate leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales.
conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities with channel partners.
coordinate with the marketing and project teams for sales campaigns and events.
manage end-to-end sales processes including negotiation, documentation, and closure.
track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
report sales performance and partner activity regularly to senior management.
required skills & qualifications:
graduate / mba in marketing, sales, or a related field.
minimum 4 years of experience in real estate channel sales.
strong network of brokers and channel partners in the local market.
excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
proficient in ms office and crm tools.
ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
