Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure capacity needs are met
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with carriers to maximize profitability
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute on strategic opportunities for carrier partnerships
Monitor market trends and adjust carrier acquisition and pricing strategies accordingly
Work with operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain accurate records and documentation of carrier partnerships and performance
Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and internal stakeholders
