📦 Cargo Handling & Operations
Accept and inspect cargo shipments
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and weight compliance
Coordinate loading and unloading of cargo
Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination
🧾 Documentation & Compliance
Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) and shipping documents
Verify invoices, customs papers, and permits
Ensure compliance with aviation and customs regulations
Handle dangerous goods documentation as per guidelines
📞 Customer Service
Interact with clients, freight forwarders, and agents
Provide shipment status and tracking updates
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Handle booking and cargo reservations
🛫 Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate with airlines, ground staff, and warehouse teams
Ensure timely cargo dispatch and arrival
Plan cargo space utilization efficiently
Manage priority and special shipments
🧊 Special Cargo Handling
Handle perishable goods (food, flowers, medicines)
Manage fragile and high-value cargo
Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials (DG cargo)
Maintain temperature-controlled shipments
🔐 Safety & Security
Follow cargo safety and security procedures
Screen cargo as per airport regulations
Report suspicious or unsafe shipments
Ensure compliance with IATA and ICAO standards
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: 10+2 or Graduation (Logistics/Aviation preferred)
Age: 18-30 years (varies by company)
Languages: English & Hindi (additional languages preferred)

💰 Salary Range (India)
