Job Responsibility
• Bring new Dealer/ Distributorship on board and maintain relationships with existing once.
• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products
. • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
. • Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the manufacturing team.
• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
• Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Handling Dealer & Distributor Network.
