Job Responsibility
Bring new Dealer/ Distributorship on board and maintain relationships with existing once.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the companys products
. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the manufacturing team.
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Handling Dealer & Distributor Network.
