about the role
as a bpo call center executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and prospects, managing both inbound and outbound interactions. your mission is to deliver exceptional service, foster strong relationships, and drive business outcomes.
this role is vital to our brand reputation and customer retention strategy.

๐ key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services and make feedback. calls
understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services
follow scripts and sales techniques to persuade customers
follow up with interested prospects to close sales
introduce the company's products or services to customers clearly and persuasively
understand and explain the key features, benefits, and pricing of the product or service being offered.
record and maintain customer data

requirements: languages: english, hindi โ both fluent;
multilingual abilities to support diverse customer demographics are preferable.
high school diploma or equivalent; bachelorโs degree preferred.
1โ2 years of experience in a bpo, call center, or customer service environment.
strong verbal and written communication with excellent active listening ability.
customer-centric attitude with empathy, patience, and adaptability.
effective problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
