This role is vital to our brand reputation and customer retention strategy.Only candidates with Outbound Telesales Cold Calling / Warm Calling Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid/On-site) Position/Employment type: Remote - Shift Timings: 9:30 to 6:30 Pm & 6:30 to 3:30 Am Salary: 14.000-17.000 Rs Net/month Experience: 1+ years in BPO, call center Key Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services and make feedback. Calls Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services Follow scripts and sales techniques to persuade customersFollow up with interested prospects to close sales Introduce the company's products or services to customers clearly and persuasively Understand and explain the key features, benefits, and pricing of the product or service being offered. Record and Maintain Customer Data Requirements: Languages: English, Hindi both fluent; Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer demographics are preferable. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred. 12 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment. Strong verbal and written communication with excellent active listening ability. Customer-centric attitude with empathy, patience, and adaptability.
