Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Call Center Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Handling Incoming Calls:** Receive and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Resolving Issues:** Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently, aiming for quick and effective resolutions that meet customer needs.

- **Maintaining Records:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions, using our systems to document calls, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

- **Providing Product Information:** Educate customers about our products and services, helping them understand features and benefits to enhance their experience.

- **Following Up with Customers:** Proactively reach out to customers to check on their satisfaction and ensure that any issues were resolved satisfactorily.

- **Communication Skills:** Must have excellent verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to think quickly and tackle issues as they arise while maintaining a positive attitude.
