designation: business manager

at deepranjani foundation, we are looking for a skilled business manager who will create and implement strategies that will help generate revenue/profitability for our company.

responsibilities:

strategize, plan, and implement channels to generate revenue and collaboration opportunities pertaining to her/his designated vertical: vocational training / products and services, and the outcome of our vocational training unit / mental health and psychological training for corporates)

design operational programs that achieve organizational objectives

providing suitable resources

establish and grow relationships with relevant partners

establish cost parameters and manage overall p&l for the company

create a sales pipeline for the company

maintain a plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales

provide data analytics of sales, distributors, and partners, once a week to relevant management teams

work with the marketing to develop long-term strategic initiatives

create and maintain a rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales

participate in the development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy

support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations

qualifications:

prior experience in working in the social sector

graduate or post graduate with mental health background

prior experience in managing practice or verticals or lines of business from a revenue standpoint.

hands-on experience with respect to business strategy/marketing / channel management.

possess leadership qualities

good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

experience in developing business strategy

up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
