Greeting From Vishakan Placement Service Hiring Business Lead Position in our leading Interior Design Company.Position: Business LeadCompany: Interiors Design/InfrastructureSalary : 30 K- 40 K CTC Role Summary: The Business Lead (4- 8 years of experience) is a senior client-facing leadership roleresponsible for owning premium interior projects from lead allocation through sales closure and designfinalisation to production handover. This role combines strong sales ownership, client management,and design coordination while leading a small team of designers to ensure high-quality delivery and asmooth client experience.Roles & Responsibilities:● Take end-to-end ownership of assigned premium leads, from initial discussions to projectclosure and handover to production.● Lead high-value client interactions, including requirement understanding, budget alignment,scope explanation, and negotiations.● Guide and support the design team during client presentations, design decisions, andexpectation management.● Allocate leads across the design team and monitor progress, timelines, and quality of output.● Ensure designs are aligned with approved scope, budgets, and execution feasibility.● Drive timely design freeze, approvals, and coordination for smooth transition into production.● Maintain strong control over timelines, minimise rework, and ensure a premium clientexperience throughout the journey.● Work closely with design, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless coordinationand documentation.● Follow internal processes and flag risks, delays, or dependencies proactively.Required Skills & Competencies● Strong understanding of premium residential interior design and sales● Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills● Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams● Strong commercial awareness and pricing understanding● Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and timelines● Ability to handle demanding clients with professionalism and clarityIdeal Profile● Senior interior designer with significant sales and client-handling exposure● Experience managing premium residential interior projects● Comfortable owning outcomes and leading teams● Decisive leader with strong closure orientation.● Strong balance between design sensibility and business practicality.● Work Location: Experience Centre & Office - OMR, Perungudi.● Work Mode: Permanent Work from Office.● Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.100% work from office/ Direct Office Work Immediate Joiner Work Location: Chennai Job Location: Perungudi OMR Candidate Preferred Location: Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Thiruvanmiyur, Velacherry, Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, Neelangarai ecrInterested Candidate For Job Please Call immediately Contact Person: HR Pradeep
