About the role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, market research, and high-volume
outreach through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities
* Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
* Prospect and build a strong pipeline for the sales team
* Reach out to prospects, explain offerings, and nurture initial conversations
* Maintain accurate and updated lead/prospect data in CRM tools
* Collaborate with sales team members to convert leads into opportunities
* Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Qualifications & Skills:
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, or tele calling (B2C or B2B acceptable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with persistence
* Discipline, cultural fit, and willingness to learn
* Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
* Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively.
