URGENTLY needed Business Development Manager for a KPO. It would be B2B Sales & Marketing targeting US & Canadian small businesses & CPA firms.
We are a fast growing cloud Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax service provider for small businesses & CPAs in US & Canada.
Job Role:
1) Ability to be involved in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure and maintain ongoing relationship with clients.
2) Manage a team which generates leads through Emails, LinkedIn, Social media, etc channels
3) Maintain leads by continuous follow ups. Call/Email leads and close sales as required.
4) Draft contracts for new clients, ensure continuous billing, etc.
5) Maintain relationship with clients on ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
1) Fluent English both oral & written to communicate to foreign based clients
2) 4-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing ideally for US or Canadian clients
3) Located in AHMEDABAD or willing to relocate.
Payment:
1) Salary no bar for the right candidate.
2) Recurring Incentives on every month billing
3) Variable Bonus on year end
