Work Responsibilities:
â— Responsible for end to end partnership development in the assigned area.
â— Manage the partners pipeline & source the leads
â— Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned area.
â— Identify & finalise the potential partners in assigned areas, ensure smooth onboarding & keep the communication alive.
â— Maintaining the relationship with all the stakeholders to keep the partners active.
â— Cross functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
â— Ensure the target is achieved in a given timeline.
â— Provide reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
Requirements:
Qualification
â— Must have a graduate degree in Business, marketing or similar field.
â— Must have 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales
â— Managed Team of 2-3 people before - preference
â— Should be good with mental mathematical calculations.
â— Age should be between 25-30 years
Soft Skills
â— Excellent verbal communications skills in Hindi
â— Experience of CRM is preferred
â— Should be well versed in using mobile applications
â— Strong customer service skills and networking
â— Basic knowledge with MS office is preferred
