● responsible for end to end partnership development in the assigned area.
● manage the partners pipeline & source the leads
● responsible for p&l driven decisions for the assigned area.
● identify & finalise the potential partners in assigned areas, ensure smooth onboarding & keep the communication alive.
● maintaining the relationship with all the stakeholders to keep the partners active.
● cross functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
● ensure the target is achieved in a given timeline.
● provide reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
requirements:
qualification
● must have a graduate degree in business, marketing or similar field.
● must have 3-4 years of experience in b2b sales
● managed team of 2-3 people before - preference
● should be good with mental mathematical calculations.
● age should be between 25-30 years
soft skills
● excellent verbal communications skills in hindi
● experience of crm is preferred
● should be well versed in using mobile applications
● strong customer service skills and networking
● basic knowledge with ms office is preferred
