•Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard
industry requirement to validate the lead
•Generate requirements from the client and check his qualification status.
•Gather information related to the right POC, decision maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and
service level gaps.
•Schedule a meeting with the client and propose the solutions and possibilities by giving POC
or presentation.
•Should make a follow-up call in a way to attract clients, If customers are not responding, try
to understand their concern by phone or message, or mail and record those responses in
CRM.
•Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
•Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of
the event.
