Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales for Social Media Marketing
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through
Understand client business goals and propose customized digital marketing solutions
Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing campaigns and upsell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, media, creative) to ensure successful campaign delivery
Market & Revenue Growth
Track market trends in social media and performance marketing
Qualifications and skills
Graduation Preferred
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
Experience of selling Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing services
Strong understanding of platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to convert leads into long-term clients
