We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Manager – Business Development for a growing transport and travel solutions company catering to corporate and retail clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong industry network and proven experience in transportation coordination, route planning, and travel package development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong network of transporters, cab operators, fleet owners, and commercial drivers in Delhi-NCR and PAN India.
• Plan and manage travel & transport packages across India with a focus on high-demand routes from Delhi-NCR.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors for best pricing and timely deployment of vehicles.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market transport rates, fleet availability, and customer demand trends.
• Supervise and lead a small operations & sales team, ensuring timely execution and service quality.
• Manage and improve client servicing, route optimization, pricing strategies, and IVR-based customer communication systems.
• Achieve monthly growth and revenue targets by onboarding new transporter tie-ups and building strategic travel partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance in all transport deals and routing logistics.
