we are hiring an experienced and dynamic manager – business development for a growing transport and travel solutions company catering to corporate and retail clients. the ideal candidate must have a strong industry network and proven experience in transportation coordination, route planning, and travel package development.
key responsibilities:
• develop and maintain a strong network of transporters, cab operators, fleet owners, and commercial drivers in delhi-ncr and pan india.
• plan and manage travel & transport packages across india with a focus on high-demand routes from delhi-ncr.
• coordinate with transporters and vendors for best pricing and timely deployment of vehicles.
• maintain updated knowledge of market transport rates, fleet availability, and customer demand trends.
• supervise and lead a small operations & sales team, ensuring timely execution and service quality.
• manage and improve client servicing, route optimization, pricing strategies, and ivr-based customer communication systems.
• achieve monthly growth and revenue targets by onboarding new transporter tie-ups and building strategic travel partnerships.
• ensure regulatory and operational compliance in all transport deals and routing logistics.
