Business Growth
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Expand the companys customer base and market presence.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Market Research & Analysis
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Analyze data to identify potential markets and growth areas.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Communicate client requirements clearly to internal stakeholders.
Proposal & Presentation
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Present company products or services effectively to clients.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
Report regularly to senior management on performance and forecasts.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure timely delivery of services and address client concerns.
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Achievement of Targets
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor performance and take corrective actions when required.
