Managing a team of up to 10 people.

Ensuring target achievement, with a minimum target of acquiring 500 employees per month for each team member.
Providing motivation, training, and development opportunities for team members.
Assessing Business Development Executive (BDE) performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensuring proper implementation, including providing adequate training for using software.
Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Preparing proposals/quotations for companies with more than 100 employees.
Developing sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets and expand the customer base.
