about the role:

we are hiring a hardcore field sales executive with strong experience in selling pharma excipients. the candidate must be target-driven, active in fieldwork, and confident in dealing with pharma manufacturers, formulators, and procurement teams.

key responsibilities:

-sell pharma excipients to manufacturers and pharma companies

-identify, approach, and close new customers

-achieve aggressive sales targets

-daily field visits, follow-ups, and client handling

-report market trends and competitor activity

requirements:

-minimum 13 years of experience in pharma excipient or raw material sales

-must be comfortable with hardcore b2b field sales

-strong communication & negotiation skills

-should be based in or willing to work in kanpur

-science or pharma background preferred
