Position: Business Development Manager OEM Sales (LED Lighting)
Experience: 5+ Years in B2B / OEM Sales (Lighting Industry)
Industry: LED Lights Manufacturing Company
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with major LED brands such as Philips, Surya, EverReady, Orient, and other lighting companies.
* Generate sales orders by positioning our company as a reliable OEM partner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
* Understand client requirements, provide customized OEM solutions, and coordinate with internal production teams.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
* Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B / OEM Sales, preferably in the LED Lighting / Electrical industry.
Strong network and contacts with major lighting companies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
