Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our market footprint in Nashik and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall business strategy. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and action plans aligned with company revenue goals and market expansion objectives for the Nashik region.
Identify new market segments, industry verticals, and untapped opportunities for growth.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of high-potential leads and prospects.
Initiate and lead discussions with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Senior Management) to understand their strategic needs and challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and positioning our solutions effectively.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
Sales Process & Closure:
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure for complex deals.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and meet aggressive sales targets.
Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately using CRM tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing (for lead generation campaigns), Product Development (for market feedback and new solution ideas), and Operations/Service Delivery (to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution).
Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic planning.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Regularly track, analyze, and report on business development activities, sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new growth avenues.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development executives or sales personnel.
Contribute to the development of sales training materials and best practices.
