Job Description

key responsibilities:

• identifying and developing new business opportunities, including potential clients.

• generate income for to an agreed annual target

• building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners

• developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets

• creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients

• negotiating contracts and closing deals

• collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and designers, to ensure successful delivery of events

• building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities

• maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

• attending industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• hire & manage team for sales & client servicing

qualifications and skills:

• a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

• strong understanding of the event planning and event industry

• excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively

• ready to travel
