About the Role

At Zorven, you’ll work directly on lead generation, outreach, and closing support - not just observe.
This is a structured, mentorship-driven role with clear training, ownership, and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Research and identify potential customers (startups, founders, D2C brands, etc.)
Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn, Wellfound, and other sources
Execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn + cold emails) using templates
Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel
Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making authority
Coordinate meetings (scheduling, reminders, notes, next steps)
Maintain and update the sales pipeline (Google Sheets/CRM)
Track key metrics (responses, meetings, conversions)
Assist in documenting sales processes (scripts, SOPs, follow-ups)

Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
